Tabs are an ideal way to organize a document with the end user experience in mind. The problem with tabs is that they look great when printed, but since the tab extends out past the edge of the paper, the tabs themselves can tear and bend. Documents that looked great when printed can quickly look worn.

Printing for International Markets – Set Your PC Up for A4

A4 sized paper and printing is the standard in most of the world (in North America letter size (8.5” x 11”) is the standard). When printing A4 documents, be sure to temporarily set the software you are using to A4 by following the steps below. To permanently change to A4 follow the directions at the bottom of this page.
