Integrate Mimeo into your SumTotal LMS

Mimeo is now integrated into the SumTotal LMS platform. Instead of scheduling classes through your LMS and then separately ordering course materials through Mimeo, you can combine the two into one process. This is the first integration of its kind and greatly simplifies and improves the efficiency of classroom material fulfillment.

It appears likely that accelerating change in corporate enterprise, as well as new stimulus and job creation programs, means there is going to be a lot training going over the next couple of years!  But in these challenging times, everyone needs to operate at maximum efficiency.  The SumTotal learning management system (LMS) provides numerous benefits that help users streamline operations. One area that remains difficult is the ordering and production of materials to support learning activities.
Since most companies are operating with super-lean teams these days, there is rarely a dedicated staffer in charge of making sure your course materials get printed and delivered to participants.  What if you could order training materials directly from within your LMS?  The result would be an easier, better process that will save you time and money.

A development effort by Mimeo and SumTotal over the last few months has resulted in a great new capability for SumTotal LMS—it’s called the SumTotal Print-On-Demand Connector, and it lets you do just that!

The integrated solution, in which training material creation is done in the Mimeo system, and training documents can be ordered directly from within the TotalLMS system at the same time resources are assigned and classes are booked, is available from SumTotal for several versions of the TotalLMS software. This brings a new level of business process improvement, and opens up simple document ordering to a whole new class of users who don’t have to learn a separate interface.
