Look Professional and Save with Saddle Stitch

We’ve just lowered the prices for one of our most popular printing options, saddle stitch (stapled) booklets. Whether you are launching a new product or printing a brochure for an upcoming event, saddle stitch is a low cost, high quality choice.
Booklets produced with saddle stitch can contain up to 100 pages and the binding costs a low 25¢ per booklet (Save even more with a corporate pricing agreement). When compared to other binding options, this can be a significant savings. There is also a low $5 setup charge for each order.
Saddle stitch is a versatile format and comes in a variety of booklet sizes including 5.5”x8.5”, 8.5”x11” and A4. Smaller booklets make an ideal company name directory or human resource benefit guide, while larger sizes are frequently used for catalogs, brochures or reports. Each year, many customers provision their readers with an empty binder, and fill it throughout the year with 3-hole punched saddle stitch reports.
We’d be happy to do a test print with one of your current documents to demonstrate the quality and potential cost savings of finishing with saddle stitch.

Ryan,
Thanks for your interest in saddle stitch documents. They are easy to create once you have the saddle stitch Special Instructions (SI’s)set on your account. SI’s are a tool for users to create specific types of documents that are not on the main web tool. If you would like the SI’s on your account, call us at 1.800.GoMimeo (1.800.466.4636) and we will get you started.

Will a saddle stitched booklet lay open flat?

Good question Mindi but there’s no straightforward answer. It will depend on the number of pages, the stocks chosen, and a personal definition of “flat”. If you need assurance that a document is always flat, you should consider spiral or twin loop.

This is great, but how do you actually select the saddle stitch option within the web tool?
