The pungent smell of packing tape is in the air once again which can only mean one thing here in the NY office…a conference. The boxes are packed, my flights are booked, and I’m ready once again for a busy month traveling around the country spreading the word of Mimeo like the plague! Paper - It’s All White To Me

Brightness and whiteness are confusing paper properties because they are not the same thing but they both affect the way we see printing on paper.
Brightness is a measurement of light reflecting off the paper at a standard single wavelength of the visible spectrum. Artificial brighteners, such as fluorescent additives, can affect the color reproduction because most are not neutral in color and have excess blue reflectance.

Updates From Graph Expo: Will Print Buyers Sacrifice Quality for Lower Costs?

An Environmentally Friendly Printing Company?

Missed us at the ASTD 2007 show in Atlanta this year? Here’s a video recap. At ASTD 2006, we went with the “Be Clown Free” theme. This year, we decided to mix it up a bit with “Mimeo to the Rescue”. Conference participants were given a lifeguard whistle and a pass for a free t-shirt on day one of the conference.
